CANCELLATION POLICY
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE & not transferable upon cancellation. There is a 48hr. cancellation window per policy. Cancelled appointments of less than the 48 hour notice & same day cancellation will be charged the 50% cancellation fee of their service scheduled to cover the lost appointment slot. Any no-call, no-shows will be charged 75% of the service scheduled to cover the lost appointment slot. If fees per policy are unable to be obtained at the time it's due, you will not be approved to participate in future bookings until the balance due is paid. If you rebook you must provide a 50% deposit. Invalid card on file or failure to uphold fee's that are due, you will be unable to book future appointments.
